1 Introduction

Welcome to 789pkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access or use the 789pkr website at https://789pkr.org, including all associated mobile-optimised versions, applications, and any other digital interfaces through which 789pkr services are made available (collectively, the "Platform").

789pkr operates as an online sports betting and casino gaming platform serving Pakistani players. The Platform provides access to cricket betting markets, PSL live wagering, casino games, slot titles, e-sports betting, Teen Patti, and related gaming services.

By accessing or using the 789pkr Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered a 789pkr account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Member on the 789pkr Platform.

• "Bet" / "Wager" means a real-money stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered by 789pkr.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the 789pkr Platform.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 789pkr Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 789pkr strictly enforces this age threshold and will require documentary proof of age at any stage.
• You must be the individual whose identity information is provided during registration. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of 789pkr or any affiliated entity.

4 Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the 789pkr Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number or email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

789pkr reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close any Account that is found to have been opened with false, incomplete, or misleading information.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 789pkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• 789pkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not disclose it.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless the activity results directly from 789pkr's own negligence or system failure.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

789pkr is required to verify the identity of its Members as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a change in account details, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet, bank statement, or card statement)
• Source of funds documentation for high-value accounts as required by AML policy

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 789pkr will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to Account suspension. 789pkr processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

789pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on 789pkr is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence.
• Deposits are credited to your 789pkr Account Balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 789pkr does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed in full. 789pkr reserves the right to request updated documentation for subsequent withdrawals.
• 789pkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on an Account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

789pkr offers various promotional bonuses to its Members, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and PSL season-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the following general rules:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet-per-spin limits are specified on each individual promotion page and must be adhered to strictly.
• 789pkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus that has been awarded if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is found.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member. Members found to have claimed welcome bonuses across multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and all funds forfeited.
• If you make a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 789pkr does not permit the use of bonus funds for arbitrage, low-risk hedging strategies, or any systematic approach designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 789pkr Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 789pkr does not accept requests to cancel or alter confirmed bets except where a market is voided due to circumstances beyond the Platform's control (e.g., match abandonment, event postponement).
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display, 789pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Maximum win amounts per event are specified within the sportsbook and may vary by market. 789pkr reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes for individual Members at its discretion.
• PSL and international cricket markets are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In cases of DLS application, reduced matches, or delayed results, the governing body's official determination will prevail.
• Live in-play bets are processed in real time. Bets placed after an event or wicket has occurred — even if accepted due to a data transmission delay — may be voided at 789pkr's discretion.

9 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the 789pkr Platform, including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar, are provided by licensed third-party game developers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live studio feed, and all return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider in accordance with their regulatory requirements.

• 789pkr does not influence or manipulate any game outcome. All results are determined independently by the game engine or live dealer.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game result will be determined by the server-side record. 789pkr is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Members must not use external software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with casino games. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 789pkr Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate winnings — any winnings obtained through exploitation are void
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events available on the sportsbook
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 789pkr staff or other Members through any communication channel
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789pkr Platform, including but not limited to the 789pkr brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 789pkr or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any 789pkr content without prior written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 789pkr's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

789pkr will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by circumstances outside 789pkr's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party system failures
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials
• The conduct of third-party game providers in respect of game outcomes, malfunctions, or RTP performance
• Any decisions made by sporting governing bodies that affect the settlement of bets placed on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms limits 789pkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

789pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached these Terms or any associated policy
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• The Member is in breach of applicable laws in their jurisdiction
• Continuing to allow the Account to operate poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members
• The Member has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Balance held — including real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at 789pkr's discretion. Where closure is for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 789pkr's 24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

14 Responsible Gaming

789pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the vast majority of players, can become harmful for some individuals. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 789pkr Members directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when you have been active for a specified period

In the event of any dispute between you and 789pkr that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution procedures specified by 789pkr's regulatory authority prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

17 Amendments to These Terms

789pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 789pkr will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to the address registered on their Account.

Your continued use of the 789pkr Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
